Recipe:
Have a good bed of wood coals ready, and preheat the grill before placing the Salvaje Selection flank steak on it.
Use medium heat. Your hand should be able to hold at 2 cm above the grill for up to 10 seconds to sear and create a crispy exterior.
It is recommended to flip the cut once or twice until you reach your desired doneness. It is estimated that 30 minutes per side is sufficient to achieve a good result.
You can use a brine for seasoning, the same way as for the rib roast.
